What are the terms of creation of your items?
All the items you see on our website are handcrafted. It usually takes us 13-15 Working days (from Monday till Friday) to finish the Order. Of course, if there is a chance to finish and ship the order earlier then we’ll take it. In case, if there are more than 1 item in the Order then creation period may take a bit longer.
We also offer personalization for some drum rings’ designs. Creation period we discuss individual.
What about engraving on the inside of the Rings?
Yes, it is possible to put engravings on the inside of the Rings. It is possible to engrave Words & Numbers only.
At the same time, not all the phrases may fit the size you’ve chose. That’s why it would be better if you could contact us first to discuss the engraving before ordering.
The price for engraving is fixed. And you’ll see it in the option to each item.
What metal your items are made of?
We use Sterling Silver 925 for all our Drum Rings. The main idea of our jewelry is that we Don’t use any extra shining coverings on the items. We Don’t cover them with rhodium. Just take this into account this info before ordering.
You may also see gold-plating coating and cover with blacking liquid.
What to do if I ordered the wrong size?
All the items you see on this website are handcrafted by our team. Each ring is made for a specific customer’s size. Technically it is not possible to change the size totally.
We don’t take any returns or exchanges of custom made Drum Rings. And we want our customers to be satisfied with their order. That’s why it’s very important to know your size for wide and ordinary width rings for sure.
How to find out your ring’s size?
Before ordering it is important to find out the exact size of the ring.
We recommend several ways to determine the needed size:
1. Jewelry store or Workshop. Find out the size of ring in the nearest jewelry store. In this case, experienced consultants with the appropriate equipment on real rings will accurately indicate the required size. VERY IMPORTANT: to tell the meaning of Width of your future ring. Width for each Drum Ring you may find in the descriptions.
2. Your Current Ring. Or the ring of your family member/partner/friend which fits your perfectly. If you already have a comfortable ring, you can measure the inside diameter at a local jewelry store of this ring to find out its size.
Payment & Shipping
Do you ship worldwide and how much does the shipping cost?
We offer international shipping but not to all countries. Shipping cost depends on the postal issues to some countries. You may check the cost in the Cart before payment.
If the website system doesn’t allow you to proceed with the payment, maybe it is because your country is not added. Then just contact us to discuss the details.
From the region we live and make, we’re able to ship only with the help of state postal departments. Extra fast shipping is not possible from our region for now. Anyway, we try all the best and use air mailing with tracking number for sure. We appreciate your understanding 🙂
What the international delivery terms are? Do you provide certificates for your stones?
There is no exact answer to this question..
You see, we are not responsible for the work of international postal departments through the parcel’s way. Plus there are holiday rush seasons. During these periods there are postal shipping delays worldwide starting. At the same time, we try our best to ship with the help of air mailing + tracking number. Such method gives some sort of priority while moving.
